🎁 Return & Exchange Policy Because our services involve bespoke labor and consumable materials (papers, ribbons, and embellishments), our policy is as follows: Service Satisfaction: Since gift wrapping is a customized service, we do not offer returns once the service has been performed. We encourage clients to inspect their items before leaving our Al Quoz location. Exchanges: If a wrapping accessory (such as a reusable gift box or luxury topper) is found to be defective prior to use, it may be exchanged within 24 hours with the original receipt. Cancellations: For large bulk orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund on materials already prepared. 🛡️ Warranty Policy We take pride in our craftsmanship and the security of your items. Craftsmanship Guarantee: We warrant that all wraps will be secure and free of structural defects (such as adhesive failure) at the time of pickup or delivery. Handling: Nolan’s Gift Wrapping Services is committed to the “Careful Custody” of your items. While in our building, your gifts are handled with professional care; however, we are not liable for internal mechanical or electronic malfunctions of items being wrapped. Material Quality: We use premium materials designed to withstand standard transport. We do not warrant against damage caused by extreme heat, moisture, or rough handling after the item leaves our premises. 🚚 Delivery Policy We offer convenient delivery options across Dubai to ensure your gifts arrive looking perfect. Service Areas: Primary delivery is available within Dubai, with specialized handling for the Al Quoz and surrounding residential areas. Handling Fee: Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our Al Quoz location and the volume of the order. Delivery Window: Standard delivery occurs between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please ensure a recipient is available; due to the delicate nature of gift wrapping, we prefer not to leave items at doorsteps. Damage in Transit: If we are handling the delivery and the wrap is damaged en route, we will bring the item back to our studio for a complimentary re-wrap and redelivery. 🌐 Website & Privacy Policy Information Collection: We collect your contact details (phone/email) solely to facilitate your order and provide updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. Accuracy: While we strive to display our wrapping paper colors and textures accurately online, please note that screen settings may vary.
